1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as production or shipment may have already commenced.

  • If a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • If production has started on a custom order, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Policy

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • Only defective or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for a full refund.

    • Custom-made products are non-refundable unless they arrive with manufacturing defects.

    • Ready-to-ship items are eligible for refunds only in case of defects.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

3. Return Process

  • Customers must contact us before initiating a return to receive return instructions.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect order.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders canceled after 24 hours.

  • Custom orders that are in production or completed.

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Refusal of delivery without valid reason.
